Day 1: Delhi to Shimla (Overnight Journey)

  1. We will drive to Shimla by Car from Delhi early in the morning.
  2. We will reach Shimla in (approx. 7-10 hours).
  3. We will check in at the hotel for rest. 

 Day 2: Shimla to Sangla/Chitkul

  1. In the morning, after breakfast, we will start our drive towards Sangla/ Chitkul via Kufri and Narkanda. 
  2. We will stay in Chitkul/Sangla for the night.

 Day 3: Sangla/Chitkul to Tabo

  1. In the morning, we will drive towards Tabo. 
  2. We will see Gue Monastery which is  famous for its 500-year-old mummy.
  3. We will enter the breathtaking Spiti Valley and reach Tabo.
  4. We will check-in at the guesthouse and later see local life.

 Day 4: Tabo to Kaza (via Dhankar Monastery)

  3. We will come back to Kaza for dinner and a cozy night stay.

 Day 6: Kaza to Chandratal (Moon Lake)

  1. After breakfast, we will reach Chandratal and see beautiful mountains and witness its crystal-clear waters.It is also known as Moon Lake as it is in crescent moon shape. 
  2. We will stay in camps near the lake and enjoy watching stars and mountains at night.

 Day 7: Chandratal to Manali – Departure to Delhi

  1. We will start our journey back to Manali via mountain roads.
  2. We will spend some time in Manali and see Hadimba Temple, Manali Gompa, Manu Temple, Old Manali and Naggar Castle.
  3. We will drive back to Delhi. Our trip to Spiti Valley ends on a happy note.
